The roundel of the Swedish Air Force was initially created in the year of
1927 by an unknown artist, based on a proposal from the Swedish Navy from
the year of 1924.

This is the design from 1940, based on the design from 1937 with an
additional yellow ring and is also used by the Swedish Army (Armén) and the
Swedish Navy (Marinen).
