In order to achieve its objectives, the Organization has been adopting the technique of strategic planning, which has made it possible for the Organization to outline its present mission as well as it long term objectives. Based on this approach, the objectives have been well defined and plans necessary for implementing them have also been specified. Management considers strategic planning a primary tool in determining and executing its objectives. Such planning encompasses the level of performance required, which, in turn, involves the development of appropriate measures that must be put in place.
