BHD. was set up as a private limited company to resume the operations of ARTISTIC ELITE SDN. BHD. The company is a wholly owned bumiputera company founded by Y.B. Senator Datin Paduka Datuk Nor Hayati binti Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Hj. Onn and Maisarah binti Mohamad.
