Vector images can be opened in different drawing program, for example: PMView, Flash, Xara, Photo Styler, Corel Draw, and surely Any Adobe Software Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign etc. can be used to open and edit vectors. As for me, I prefer yo use Adobe Illustrator!
